I would like to follow up regarding what happen to my financial assitance for covid as i notice that their no system at all here in Polo riyadh and they just tell us to give our documents to the security and it will send the said department. we dont if they are submitted or on process thei is no reply from POLO riyadh the mobile phones are working but no one is anwering and email are not working it keeps on returning back. it was sad that here in POLO riyadh they have other priorities they gave financial help to those people which has connections from inside some of them receive??????????

to POLO team in riyadh we would like to follow up our Financial Cash Assistance for Covid patient which until now we didn't get any reply or emails from you guys. i hope that the system its not as per the connection to POLO members. its very disappointing that our system here in riyadh Polo its not helpful. hoping we could have reply from your side.

September 25, 2021 Dear Mr. Romeo Buenaobra, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Sep 19, 2021 04:16:43 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for ALAGANG KABAYAN LABAN SA COVID 19 PROJECT. OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on December 28, 2020 and your DOLE-AKAP benefit was released by DOLE-NCR on 01/04/2021. OWWA data further show that you arrive in the Philippines on March 16, 2020 and was granted the DOLE-TABANG financial educational benefit for your dependent on 22 March 2021. Mr. Buenaobra may we clarify to you the Freedom of Information (FOI) Portal which is a project of the Presidential Communication Operation Office under the Office of the President. Its major function is to allow any Filipino citizen to request information about the data, programs, services and benefits or anything about the transactions and operation of specific government offices, provided, it shall not put into jeopardy the privacy of individuals and matters of national security. What you are requesting is a personal information about the financial assistance for OFWs in Riyadh, KSA who are infected by COVID-19.
