March 11, 2021 Dear Mr. Enrico Lacson, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Mar 10, 2021 11:15:16 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on December 24, 2020 and was evaluated by OWWA-RWO 03 as DISAPPROVED since you failed to produce a valid employment contract neither can your provide documentary evidence that loss of employment is on account on COVID-19 If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter.
