October 24, 2021 Dear Mr. Mark Jason Dean, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Oct 14, 2021 04:48:19 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on September 16, 2021 and is on que for an AKAP evaluator. Once your application is evaluated, you shall receive a text message of the status either to submit missing documents or a schedule of release of the DOLE-AKAP financial benefit. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter.
