Ms. Surtio nais namin ipabatid ang tamang kaalaman tungkol sa Freedom of Information (FOI) Portal na proyekto ng Presidential Communications Operations Office sa ilalim ng Office of the President. Ang pangunahing tungkulin ay magbigay sa publiko ng inpormasyon, datos, kaalaman sa programa at benepisyo ng mga ahensya ng gobyerno.
