Thank you for your request dated Apr 04, 2021 04:11:35 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on March 14, 2021 and was evaluated by OWWA-RWO 1 as APPROVED on 03/19/2021 and your documents were released or forwarded to DOLE Regional Office-I on 03/29/2021 for the the processing of the DOLE-AKAP Financial Benefit. Follow up with DOLE Regional Office I for the release of financial benefit.
