January 3, 2021 Dear Mr. Pearl Jene Besario, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Dec 23, 2020 10:29:00 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. OWWA records show that you applied online on December 18, 2020 and evaluated by OWWA-CARAGA as DIAPPROVED since you have completed your employment contract. The DOLE-AKAP is intended for OFWs with active employment contract but were terminated by employers and repatriated due to the account of COVID-19. You may also wish to follow up at email: [email protected] or track your DOLE-AKAP at: http://doleakaptracker.owwa.gov.ph. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected].
