you are telling me to Direct your follow-ups with DOLE Regional Office IVA at Calamba City DOLE Provincial Office, i already did that but no one answer the call , i will not wrote you if i have a reply with them. that's why i wrote you so i will know the answer.

February 15, 2022 Dear Mr. RICHARD TORRIJOS, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Feb 13, 2022 10:08:38 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. We advised you on your eFOI request last 04:19 PM on Feb 09, 2022 to address your queries of the release of DOLE-AKAP financial assistance to DOLE Regional Office IV-A at Calamba City. We at OWWA Central Office can only provide your with information where to follow-up your AKAP status. It is unfortunate that the DOLE Regional Office IV-a do not respond to your calls. We can only assume that there are programs of the DOLE that their employees are currently assisting. Please be further informed that the limited employees of government agencies are also affected with the restrictions of movement during the Alert Levels. We ask for your understanding and and patience. You may also call DOLE Hotline at 1349. We hope they can be able to respond to your queries. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter.
