April 30, 2021 Dear Mr. Orlando Dayrit, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Apr 28, 2021 05:18:40 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on April 13, 2021 and was evaluated by OWWA-NCR as DISAPPROVED since you have no documentary evidence of the following: (1) Clear and Valid Airline ticket (2) Proof of overseas employment & (3) proof of loss of loss of employment on account of COVID-19.
