March 11, 2021 Dear Mr. Roi Jacob Barbo, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Mar 10, 2021 01:39:05 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on December 15, 2020 and was evaluated by OWWA-RWO 06 as APPROVED on 02/25/2021. Your documents were forwarded to DOLE Regional Office VI for the release of your financial benefit.
