Hi! I would like to inquire how can i change the name of claimant of my AKAP Assistance. I received a text message from MLHUILLIER reference number, however im here onboard in ship 6days from the date of departure in the Philippines when i got a text message from MLhuillier.MLhuillier will not released the money assistance to my authorize representative (my wife) even if we presented an authorization letter. Please help us with the procedure or who/where can we call to about this matter. Thankyou

March 5, 2021 Dear Glenn Kerr Antoque, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Mar 04, 2021 05:28:28 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on December 15, 2020 and was evaluated as APPROVED by OWWA RWO 7 on 01/20/2021. Your documents were forwarded to DOLE Regional Office VII for the release of your financial benefit. It is the DOLE Regional Office VII that issues the DOLE-AKAP benefit. Hence, you have to coordinate with them for the change of claimant If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within THIRTY (30) calendar days from the date we received your review request.
