March 24, 2021 Dear Mr. Felix Sampilingan, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Mar 22, 2021 02:12:35 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application.
