Hi, I would to request for copies of the Philippines' Air Transport Agreements with the following jurisdictions as I can't seem to find the copies online: 1. Hong Kong; 2. Taiwan; and 3. Macau. I already tried with DFA thru the eFOI but they referred me to Department of Transportation - Aviation Sector.

Dear DoTr Team, In reply to your query, we are filing for a claim for refund with the BIR for sales of fuel to international air carriers. Among the international air carriers that we serve are flying to Macau, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. Based on the Chicago Convention, sales to international air carriers should be not subject to tax. Nevertheless, a checking of the signatories to the said convention would reveal that Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macau are not signatories to it. China was there but we are not sure it would already include the 3 jurisdictions. Thus, we are now looking at separate air transport agreements with the 3 jurisdictions as support for our filing of refund claim. Thank you. Let us know if you need additional information.
Good day. May we know if there is an update on our request? thanks.
