We are senior students of De La Salle University, currently doing our thesis. Our thesis is about the "Linear Programming Solution to Air Traffic Network in the Philippines".
In line with this, we would like to ask your good office to allow us to use your materials/data for our thesis such as the ff:
(1) Air Traffic Flow Management Delay (year 2017)
(2) Air Traffic Data (date based on the highest average ATFM delay on year 2017)
(3) Airport Capacity
(4) Network Capacity
(5) Area Control Centre Capacity and
(6) Flight Level Assignment (date based on (1) and (2)).

I refer to my letter of Feb 28, 2018 03:40:31 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Air Traffic Flow Management Data (year 2017) of all Philippine Airports.
Please accept our sincerest apologies for our late response.
In our regular maintenance system check of MIAA's Freedom of Information (FOI) portal it has been recently discovered that a number requests were not responded to due to technical errors in the programming.
Our efforts are currently directed towards resolving these unattended requests. Dear Jenalou,
I refer to my letter of Jan 27, 2021 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Air Traffic Flow Management Data (year 2017) of all Philippine Airports. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Apr 21, 2021.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to or visiting our central office. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
