Hi! I would like to request for the APCPI Results of the following municipal Local Government Units in the Province of Cotabato from year 2018 to 2022 which was needed in undertaking my study entitled "Unveiling Public Procurement Prowess: Procurement Compliance and Performance as Factor Affecting Financial Management Capacity of the Municipal LGUs of Cotabato - A Causal-Comparative Analysis". To bolster my request, under Sec 3, IRR of RA 9184, it is required that the procuring entities must be transparent with their procurement system and its results.

Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, as per Circular 02-2020 released on May 2020, by the Government Procurement Policy Board, titled "Guidelines for Posting and Submission of Annual Procurement Plans, Procurement Monitoring Reports, and Agency Procurement Compliance and Performance Indicator Results," Section 4.6 specifies that individuals seeking copies of APPs, PMRs, and APCPI Results should directly approach the concerned Procuring Entity for such requests. Thus, you may direct your request to the Municipal Local Government Units of the Province of Cotabato.
