Hello! I would like to request information regarding:
1. What was the proposed budget by the DPWH for FY 2019 and FY 2020, respectively?
2. What projects were not implemented in 2019 and 2020, respectively, because no budget was appropriated for it?
3. Please specify one flagship project for the year 2019 and for the year 2020 and discuss how budget allocations from the GAA have impacted the project. Note that the flagship projects should be funded by the GAA. (e.g. Budget cuts on Project X have caused delay, budget increase on Project Y created more efficiency)
