Good day sir/mam!! I am Richell Tumaca, a government employee.I am writing a request in behalf of my husband Regie who is so interested to join the jail bureau yet needs to secure for an age waiver certificate for his jail officer 1 application. He went to San Jose, Romblon just last month to process the age waiver certificate from NCIP but failed to secure same because of some errors noted in the birth certificate of his mother. In this connection, may I request from your end that the defeciencies found in his mother's birth certificate be considered so he may able to secure age waiver.
