Sir, Ma'am: I am ANGELA D. BERGONIO, 34 years old, from the province of Cordon Isabela, Region 2, and a Registered Nurse. I'm currently under the recruitment process of BJMP and hoping to pass all the recruitment phase however, I'm required to submit age waiver because i already reach the age limit.
