Good day! I would like to request for the copy of DOLE Administrative Order No. 294 Series of 2002 also known as the Integrated Guidelines on Scholarship and Training Programs. I am currently employed at National Labor Relations and I wanted to pursue my education. However I am having financial contstraints. I am hoping this AO might pave a way for me to further my education. I am hoping for your favorable response regarding this matter. Thank you.
