Dear Melbourne Campaña,
I refer to my letter of Mar 29, 2022 09:18:43 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Administrative Order.
In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query.
Please be advised that the MIAA Administrative order Series of 2000 is currently under review, to consolidate and incorporate therein all adjustments and increases in fees and charge that were approved by the Board and have gone thru the various procedural requirements.
On your specific query concerning access fee in using private roads or cargo area, we do not impose fee to access private roads or cargo are, except for vehicles using MIAA parking facilities at the airport terminals and Cargo Terminal, where we charge Php 40.00 for the first three (3) hours and Php 15.00 thereafter per hour of fraction thereof.

I refer to my letter of Apr 13, 2022 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Administrative Order. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Jul 06, 2022.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
