Hi, I would like to obtain a copy of administrative order 351 of series 2019. DOLE has previously inappropriately denied access to administrative order 351 claiming that administrative orders of this nature are confidential. However, that can not be true because DOLE released administrative order 347 in #DOLE-577791759496. Given such, please promptly release administrative order 351, it is an official public document and does not meet the requirements for an exemption.

We received your request on Sep 28, 2019 03:49:23 PM and will respond on or before Oct 18, 2019 03:49:23 PM, in accordance with the Executive Order's implementing rules and regulations.
