Hi. This is Fred Carnice of PSA Bohol. I am tasked to collect data for our annual publication, Countryside in Figures. I would like to request for additional information related to Bohol: 1. Summary and/or List of Top 10 information highlights on jail management and penology, with accompanying table of data, on congestion rate, committed, released, data on PDL with drug cases, No. of Recidivist: Bohol, as of December 31, 2021 only (do not include 2022 data) I hope your office can help us on this project and receive the data on or before September 16, 2022. Hi! Good afternoon. Thank you for this information. I just have a few questions about the data sent to me on September 6: - Does the table titled "Statistical Data of all Manned Jails in the Province of Bohol" cover only the CY 2021 or 2021 and the years before? - What is the definition for Congestion Rate? Is this in percent? And what is the formula / basis for the numbers in the Congestion Rate column? - Also, it is stated that PDL population for Bohol District Jail is 662 in CY 2021 and, as of December 2021, its data on PDL with drug cases is 423. Does this mean that out of 662 PDLs, 423 of these persons have drug cases? I hope to hear from you soon. Once again, thank you.
