Hello, I would like to seek clarification from your office regarding: 1. To add additional DL Codes for license, having already codes A and B, do I need to undergo PDC in order for me to add codes A1, B1, and B2? It isn’t clear since the local LTO office here in Davao states that it is needed to undergo PDC, yet in your website and citizen’s charter, it clearly states that as long as you’re a DL holder, you don’t need to undergo PDC 2. In order for me to request duplicate license, is it requirement to have a police blotter, aside from an affidavit of loss? Thanks.
