You asked for ACTUARIAL STUDY REPORT AS PER Section 54 of Republic Act No. 10801 or “OWWA Act”. Up to this moment the Actuarial Study is under study and not yet finalize by the committee. We cannot provide the copy of report until its was finalize. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Hans Leo J.
