Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to respectfully request for the actual rainfall or precipitation in Souther Palawan that could have triggered massive flooding in the municipalities of Narra, Sofronio Espanola, Brooke's Point, Jose Rizal, and Quezon 10 days ago.
