Hello, this is pertaining to your email regarding clarification of my request.
The reason why I need the list of all jail/prison facilities in Visayas and Mindanao is that I am part of a worldwide organization of Jehovah's Witnesses that offers free Bible educational work to all, even including persons inside the prisons. We are known for studying the Bible with interested ones. Here are a few videos that shows the nature of our work and what prison officials have to say:

The list that I am requesting from your good office will help us to locate, organize and direct our volunteers to these specific locations of jail/prison facilities in the regions of Visayas and Mindanao. We have congregations all over the Philippines who have qualified and ordained ministers who teach others the Bible's message of hope.
For Luzon area, I have already obtained the list of these jail/prison facilities from your good office. I saw that it was organized per region and then broken down per: Provincial, District, City and Municipal Jails. So I thought that perhaps the same list exists for Visayas and Mindanao. The Luzon list which you have so graciously provided us is now helping us to carry out our work of Bible educational program in these locations.
I hope that your good office will allow us to have this list for Visayas and Mindanao, as well as the actual population; and that the video links I have provided above gives your good office an idea and the scope of what Jehovah's Witnesses do.
