Dear Ms Feliciano,
I refer to your letter dated 2 October 2018 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for the Action Plan/steps made to improve PR Image of President Duterte.
In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. The mandate of PCOO is to "Develop and implement necessary guidelines and mechanisms pertaining to the delivery and dissemination of information relating to the policies, programs, official activities and achievements of the President and the Executive Branch." (Sec. 2(a), EO 4, S. 2010).
In particular, it would be helpful to know if a listing of PCOO's information dissemination activities in relation to the official activities and achievements of the President would suffice to address your concern. I refer to my letter of Oct 09, 2018 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Action Plan/steps made to improve PR Image of President Duterte. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Jan 01, 2019.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
