I would like to request for the following  updates:
--> MPL Real Status
> Pagibig App says For Pag Ibig Fund processing. however, when I clicked on check loan stat, a prompt says: WE ARE UNABLE TO FIND AN ACCOUNT UNDER YOUR NAME. per website, 3D process. it's > 3BusDays now

--> ACQUIRED ASSET HOUSING LOAN
>I called PAG IBIG ACQUIRED last 8th of Aug & was advised that our HR haven't responded to their email yet. THAT WAS A LIE. OUR HR C&B SENT A SREENSHOT OF THEIR RESPONSE CONFIRMING MY EMPLOYMENT & CEC.

Please, I need the truth behind this. Why is it so hard to get what I'm entitled for?

sana naman po magbigay kayo ng tamang update. isa pa, kung hindi naman totoo mga details sa website nyo, sana i update nyo.. Tapos yung mga nasa acquired assets nyo mga tamad MAGBASA NG EMAIL AT HINDI MARUNONG MAG UPDATE!!! KUNG HINDI NYO HO MA CONTACT YUNG TAO, MAY EMAIL HO KO SA SYSTEM NYO... EH DI SANA NAG EMAIL KAYO... DIOSMIO... GOING BACK, AYUN NA NGA, di daw nag reply ang HR comp&ben team namin.. diosmio marima...  nakakadismaya dahil nung isinend sakin yung screenshot ng response sa acquired asset, diosmio, nung AUG 4 PA PALA NA CONFIRM ANG CEC KO AND YUNG EMPLOYMENT STATUS KO KO WAS CONFIRMED 3RD OF AUG NAMAN... tapos sa app pa ng pagibig, no application can be found under your name.. ganun ang sabi.. same with MPL.. tsk... tapos yung website nyo ho, yung sa chat support, GRABE HO PAGKA QUEUEING NYO... 2 DAYS NA WALA PA RING NASAGOT.. REAL TALK, NASASAYANG LANG YUNG PERA NA NILALABAS NYO TO MAINTAIN YOUR WEBSITE KUNG WALA NAMAN TALAGANG TAO HO NA NASAGOT SA CHAT... GRABE YUNG  5 HOURS AKONG NAG ANTAY SA AGENT NG LINGKOD PAGIBIG PERO NI PARAMDAM WALA.. LAKAS MAKA GHOSTING TALAGA.. PROMISE...

Considering that you did not request for any information, official records, public records and to documents and papers pertaining to official acts, transactions or decisions, as well as to government research data used as basis for policy development, we are constrained to deny your request.
