Good day! I would like to request for a copy of the accident report on the crash of Cebu Pacific flight 387. Reports beyond 2008 are not published on CAAP's website. The crash occurred on February 2, 1998. Thank you!

Your request You asked for Accident Report of RP-C1507 (Cebu Pacific Flight 387; 1998). Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance please be informed that requests for copy of final investigation report during Air Transportation Office (ATO) or before 2008 should be coursed through the Civil Aeronautics Board (CAB) as they are the appropriate agency authorized to release the report to the public in accordance with the provisions of Republic Act 776. You may wish to contact the CAB and/or resubmit your request addressed to them on the eFOI portal at https://www.foi.gov.ph/requests?agency=CAB.
