Purpose: Harassing and accessing the phonebook contacts regardless on the given character references

Peso Pautang, accessed my contacts even my co employees,ex co workmates,and other friends that i havent contact for years was contacted by this lending company. Due date was extended thru paying the extension and the due date is has been yesterday. I want to call this concern for tarnishing my reputation to my co-employees and friends. They totally ruined my reputation to all of my contact numbers with at least 600 contacts including my clients here at work.

Your request You seek for help due to alleged harassment and unauthorized access of various online lending apps to your contacts. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance your inquiry is not a valid FOI request. Complaints and request for clarification on data privacy or data protection should be responded through email reply. Nonetheless, to assist you with your concern, we have forwarded your inquiry, name, and email address to our Public Information and Assistance Division ([email protected]) for drafting of response. You may expect our written response within 3-7 working days. However, if the concerned office determined that this may be a subject of an advisory opinion, the same will be release to you not later than 20 working days, unless the complexity and novelty of the subject matter requires a longer period of time for further evaluation.
