I am Irene Basilio currently conducting my undergraduate thesis. I have already reached out to the Local Government Unit a few weeks ago but I failed to receive any response hence I am hoping to request a file here.

The subject of my thesis is the abandoned Hillcrest Hotel and Golf Course in Nasugbu, Batangas. I wish to request for the following files:

a) Floor Plan of the Building
b) Site Development Plan
c) Comprehensive Land Use Plan
d) Title of Land (any document that could provide the lot bearing)
e) Zoning Ordinance
f) Socio-Economic Profile

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested.  This Department only keep records of public buildings and not of private properties.
