I refer to my letter of Jan 03, 2019 12:05:22 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for A visual representation or a map of where the Mindanao Railway Project in Davao Area only.
Per memorandum released by our Legal Affairs Office last 24 August 2018, any person who request information or documents in DOTr via the eFOI portal should "reasonably describe the information requested, and the reason for, or purpose of, the request for information." This also in accordance to E.O No. 2, s. 2016.

Hi,
1. I am requesting a map or something similar that will show where the Mindanao Railway Project will pass through only in Davao City.
2. I am not a student, i am a private citizen and not affiliated to any NGO or Institution.
3. The purpose of this request is for me to optimally pick a residential location with easy access to a mass transit like the Mindanao Railway Project.
4. This information will be only for me and will not be shared publicly.
I assumed that freedom of Information applies to me as an individual, therefore i made this request.
