March 12, 2018 Dear Ms. Lian, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Feb 21, 2018 04:56:13 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request for the posting on youtube of the Swimming Competition of the A Time for Heroes PTV Coverage of the SEA Games 2007 cannot, unfortunately, be granted. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the rights to post any part of the competition on social media. The rights of PTV to air is limited to television and is good for only a year from the actual SEA Games. In this case, we could only air the 2007 SEA Games until 2008. You may approach the Philippine Olympic Committee, the agency that represents the country in the SEA Games Federation, for further query. For further assistance you may review the FAQ section of the eFOI site: https://www.foi.gov.ph/help. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Secretary Martin M.
