In this regard, I am seeking your good office to grant us permission to give a copy of the following in-depth information regarding Barangay Naguilayan: ● Details on existing drainage and levee systems, flooding defense structures, and other flood control measures and plans. ● Local regulations and ordinances concerning flood control. ● Cost estimates for potential flood control projects. ● Any other possible suggested data present in your office that would be significant in the creation of a systematic flood mitigation plan.

May 10, 2023 Dear Ms. Janiea Beyonce An, This refers to your letter of May 08, 2023 09:39:11 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for A Systematic Flood Mitigation Plan for Barangay Naguilayan of Binmaley, Pangasinan. As per our Coordination with Pangasinan 2nd Distict Engineering Office, please be informed that according to our Monitoring Engineer, the said construction along Brgy. Naguilayan, Binmaley is not a Flood Mitigation Project. Thus, as we coordinated with the Planning and Design Section, they further inform that only Construction of Drainage Structures along Roads was implemented and not a Flood mitigation structure for there is no known riverbanks along the area. If you wish to continue with your request, kindly provide us a copy of a formal letter addressed to the undersigned, Mr. Andro V. Santiago, DPWH-FOI Officer,([email protected] cc: [email protected]) with your company/school logo as its letterhead, duly signed by you and your supervisor/professor and a copy of your company/school identification card. Please specify the data being requested, the reason for the request and your contact details. We will proceed once above-mentioned requirements are provided.
