Hello. May I request a copy of adoption case from Tarlac primarily its content on the submitted psychological report of a psychologist as a result on evaluating the capacity to adopt of the adoptive couples. Kindly send me just one which was not granted by the court. Thank you.

Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office cannot provide “a copy of adoption case from Tarlac …” .
