Department of Labor and Employment(DOLE)

I would like to obtain a list of all of the employment agencies that the POLO HK probe team has met with in Hong Kong and the Philippines. Please include the dates of the meetings and any meeting minutes.

Be advised, a similar request was previously improperly denied under: #DOLE-437413303510, however, in the response DOLE did not rely on one of the 9 allowable exemptions listed here: https://www.foi.gov.ph/downloads/inventory-of-exceptions-to-eo-2.pdf - therefore it is requested the documents be released in accordance with the law.
