Hello, I would like to request for a copy of the articles of incorporation and by-laws of SMILE CITIHOMES - 1 HOAI (HIGC 04-442). I am Ernie John Malino and a resident of Smile Citihomes Condominium - Annex and together with the majority of tenants and/or unit owners would like to verify if the recent exorbitant increase in our monthly water billing without public consultation is inline with what is set in the articles of incorporation and by-laws of SMILE CITIHOMES - 1 HOAI (HIGC 04-442).
