Hi, I would like to receive copies of documents that match the following: 1.) Any or all orders or communications from the Department of Labour and Employment in which Hong Kong Labour Attache Jalilo Dela Torre is ordered or suggested to be recalled. According to Commission on Elections Resolution No 10312 dated Apr 27, 2018, the “transfer, promotion, extension, recall or otherwise movement of foreign service corps from current post or position” will not be allowed from May 13, 2018 to Aug. 11, 2019. However, there are reports that Hong Kong Labour Attache Jalilo Dela Torre has been moved.

Dear Ms. Ronalie Mendua: Labor Attaché Jalilo O. Dela Torre, thru Memorandum dated 23 March 2018, was instructed to return to Home Office to allow time and opportunity for him to explain and shed light on the allegations received by the Department. Said instruction was given to Labatt Dela Torre prior to the effectivity of COMELEC Ban on 13 May 2018. Labatt Dela Torre was instructed to resume his duties and responsibilities at POLO Hong Kong effective 01 August 2018, subject to COMELEC exemption and completion of his deployment requirements. ILAB received his COMELEC exemption issued on 25 July 2018. On 20 October 2018, Labatt Dela Torre re-assumed his assignment as Head of POLO-Hong Kong. Thank you. Very truly yours, ALICE Q.
