Hi, I Would like to request to locate the ff mobile numbers: 09182859813 09636355630 These are online hackers who stole money from my Metrobank account worth more than 500,000 pesos. Please help us trace the robbers. Thanks.

Thank you for your request dated Sep 01, 2020 02:15:18 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your Request You asked for A Case of Online Bank Hacking. Response to Request Your FOI request is approved. Please be informed that this office does not have the capability to trace the location of the lost cellphone units with those numbers. However, you may file a request for the Blocking of Lost/Stolen Mobile Phone/Unit. You may file it at Consumer Welfare and Protection Division (CWPD) at National Telecommunications Commission BIR Road East Triangle Diliman Quezon City . Our office is available from Monday-Friday 8:00AM - 5:00 PM. However, due to the pandemic situation, before you proceed to the office we encourage you to call first at 8-9213251 & 8-9267722 for further information. The following are the requirements: 1. Duly accomplished Request for Blocking Form (download the form at www.ntc.gov.ph) 2. Copy of valid Identification 3.1 Any government-issued ID or Passport 3.2 For students, school ID 3.3 For cases when ID is not available, Birth Certificate OR NBI Clearance Supporting Documents for Representative(s) 1.
