Hi Bi,
Hope you find my message well.
Porter (Applicant) is NOT AN EMPLOYEE of PMAXGlobal.
He is an employee of PracticeMax.
PracticeMax is a CLIENT of PMAXGlobal.
How does this work, when in concept, the Client is the one who sent out it's employee to the Philippines to personally manage the work of the " provider" which is PMAXGlobal.
We are PmaxGlobal.
