Hi, I would like to request information regarding the 911 hotline that is to be set up nationally for our thesis study regarding emergency communication for the city of Baguio. The following are the main information I would like to request: 1. Current communications structure and protocol for 117/911. 2. Proposed communication framework to be adopted for the National 911. 3. Proposed protocols to be adopted and used by the personnel involved in 911 and responder agencies. Thank you.
