Hi I would like to request information regarding: 1. 8990 - Deca Homes Indangan, Phase 1 Barangay Indanga, Davao City - Copy of By Laws and Officers of Phase 1 Home Owners Association, Deca Homes Indangan Subdivision. 2. The said Home Owners Association is not functioning and we would like to conduct and elect a new set of officers. We would like to know on who are the officers registered on our Home Owners Association then the copy of the by laws.
