I am writing to request your assistance in obtaining historical wind data for the location of Lallo, Cagayan, Philippines, with a specific focus on estimating a 300-year return period wind record. This data is crucial for a research project/engineering design/risk assessment for ongoing lallo solar power plant that we are currently working on.
If the requested data is not readily available, I would appreciate any guidance or recommendations you can provide to assist me in obtaining or estimating the 300-year return period wind record.
