To whom it may concern, May I request for a copy of 3 years rainfall data (indicating number of days with rain in a month and rainfall volume) for la union or any nearby station. This will be utilized in our preparation of estimates for the incoming fiscal year. Thank you.

Nov 13, 2023 Dear ramil, I refer to my letter of Sep 14, 2023 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for 3 years rainfall data (rainy days) of la union or nearby station. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request. As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Dec 07, 2023. You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
