August 10, 2021 Dear Ms Vinoya, DOLE AKAP is a one(1) time financial assistance for repatriated OFWs. If you haven't applied yet you can apply online via owwa.gov.ph and look for the instructions via DOLE AKAP Advisory. You can also check TABANG program for OFWs who were repatriated with financially dependent college students , you may apply via TABANG program online , check owwa.gov.ph also.
