Hi, I would like to ask for the transperancy report po. Kasi hanggang ngayon 2020 .problema pa rin walang tubig sa baranggay Kahupian, Sogod , Southern Leyte. Umaasa pa rin po ang mga tao dito sa tubig ulan at sa malayong parte para makapag igib nang tubig. Sa pagkaka alam ko po, Mayroon na po ng budget na ni release for this water supply project worth 2M. Ano na po status bakit wala pa rin tubig hanggang ngayon 2020 na po. Maraming Salamat
