BIR-567429294235 pertaining to certified true copy of BIR Form 2316 as substitute of Income Tax Return with taxable years 2013 to 2015, please be informed that our record or files for the abovementioned years were already sent to archive for storage as it was more than five (5) years of safekeeping, it will be practical and appropriate for you to refer to your employer and ask for the said copies where it actually originated.
