December 3, 2019 Dear aldrin baluyo, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Nov 24, 2019 02:40:12 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your Request You asked for 2316. Response to Request Your FOI request is partially approved. Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested. Your BIR Form No. 2316 (hard copy), although provided by your employer in CD form can be retrieved thru your employer and not to us. Since they are the caretakers of the said form in your behalf.
