Hi! I would like to request a copy of my BIR 2316 Form (Certificate of Compensation Payment/Tax Withheld) for the year 2021.

This is because it is one of the requirements needed by my new employer. I already requested a copy of my BIR 2316 to my previous employer, but no response from them.
