Response to Request Your FOI request is partially approved, please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested to wit; Approved for Item no. 1 ( Map showing the SBFPZ boundaries, as well as properties/areas under the jurisdiction/management of SBMA) Dis-approved for Item No. 2. (Comprehensive Master Plan of the SBFPZ -This request is to broad) Awaiting Clarification from Concern SBMA Department/Office for Item No 3. (Is it allowed to sell properties within the SBFPZ? If so, does this mean that SBMA should handle/manage the sale of the property or the registered owner on title?)
