MANRESA Email: [email protected] Dear Ms. Manresa: This has reference with your email to DOST Regional Office IV-A (DOST IV-A) dated 24 March 2021 requesting to gather data from the 2021 Regional Invention Contest and Exhibits (RICE) in CALABARZON, particularly the participants’ interaction patterns during their participation in the said contest, interaction with the judges on the process of evaluation, and the judges’ scores on the novelty and feasibility of the ideas. Said request was forwarded to DOST-TAPI by DOST IV-A on 06 April 2021 and was endorsed to the FOI Receiving Officer on 21 April 2021 for appropriate action.
